Luna Stream is committed to safeguarding the privacy and security of our subscribers. This Privacy Policy details the types of information we collect, how it is used to deliver and optimize our streaming services, and the rights you retain over your information.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: Name, delivery email address, and optional phone/WhatsApp contact information provided when registering, ordering, or requesting a 24-hour trial.
Technical Stream Parameters: Primary device type (FireStick, Apple TV, Smart TV), player software (e.g. TiviMate, Smarters), and network region for optimal server node routing.
Transactional Records: Order IDs, subscription durations, dates of purchase, and payment confirmation IDs. We do not store or process credit card numbers directly.

3. How We Protect Your Credentials

Security is built into our platform architecture:

Customer passwords are protected using cryptographic PBKDF2 hashing with unique salts.
Client portal sessions utilize secure, time-expiring cryptographic tokens.
IPTV credentials displayed in the portal are masked by default and only unmasked upon explicit, audit-logged customer action.

4. Cookies & Anonymous Analytics

We use functional session cookies to remember your portal login and preferences. Anonymous traffic analytics help us detect network bottlenecks and balance load across our CDN. You may choose to enable or decline optional analytics via our Cookie Consent banner at any time.

5. No Sale of Personal Data

Luna Stream has never and will never sell, rent, monetize, or disclose your personal or account information to advertising brokers or data harvesting entities. Information is used exclusively to deliver your streaming subscription and technical support.

6. Your Rights & Data Requests

Under applicable privacy frameworks (including GDPR), you have the right to request access to your account records, request rectification of erroneous information, or request permanent deletion of your account history once your subscription term concludes.
