1. Acceptance of Agreement

By accessing or using the services provided by Luna Stream ("we," "our," or "us") via lunaentertainment.online or associated client portals, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase or use our streaming services.

2. Service Description & Device Limitations

Luna Stream provides digital video streaming access, Xtream Codes API connection parameters, and M3U playlist URLs compatible with media players (IPTV Smarters, TiviMate, VLC, and compatible smart TV applications).

• Device Concurrency: Subscriptions are strictly limited to the number of simultaneous active streams purchased (1, 2, 3, or 5 connections). Exceeding concurrent connections may result in automated temporary stream throttling or line suspension.
• Personal Use Only: Reselling, redistributing, or re-broadcasting Luna Stream lines without an authorized reseller agreement is prohibited.
• Bandwidth & Stability: Optimal streaming requires a consistent internet connection of at least 15 Mbps for FHD and 30 Mbps for 4K UHD streams.

3. Customer Accounts & Credential Security

Subscribers are provided unique login credentials (username, password, server portal, and M3U URL). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Luna Stream will never ask for your account password via unauthenticated channels. You may review and reveal your credentials securely within the authenticated Client Portal.

4. Billing, Payments & Auto-Renewal

Payments are processed securely via PayPal or approved digital payment channels. All prices are clearly displayed before order completion. Subscriptions are billed on a fixed-term basis (3, 6, or 12 months) and do not automatically charge your card upon expiry without your express confirmation.

Renewal notifications are sent prior to subscription expiration. Subscriptions not renewed prior to the end date are deactivated automatically.

5. Service Availability & Maintenance

While Luna Stream maintains global multi-node redundant servers aiming for 99.9% availability, temporary server maintenance, ISP throttling, or international routing adjustments may occur. Our 24/7 technical team works continuously to optimize stream stability.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please review our dedicated Refund Policy. We encourage all prospective customers to utilize our 24-hour free trial prior to purchasing multi-month passes.
